Our Warranty & Return Policy

OUR THREE-YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM:

We warranty our grow lighting to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of three (3) years from the original order shipment date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by providing the order number on original dated sales receipt.

  • LED Board(s)
  • Driver(s)
  • Dimmer

WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY

  • Any form of water damage
  • Intentional / unintentional damage caused by the user of the grow lighting
  • Any electrical modification impacting the performance of the grow lighting

HOW TO SUBMIT FOR WARRANTY CLAIM

Please email us at info@elevatedlightingco.com including your contact information, order #, description of problem, and photos / videos to support the claim. We provide all sales, service, and aftercare support directly from our Michigan location.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

From the date of order delivery, the customer has 30 days to return the product in new condition at their expense.

Once received, we will inspect the item for use / damage and then issue the refund if appropriate. Please away up to 3 business days for refund processing.
